This is an addition I did some years ago. I no longer do large jobs. This is just to show that I have the skills needed to do minor repairs on your home. I did all aspects of this home addition including design and drawings, permits, electrical, framing, plumbing, copper water pipes, gas piping, drywall, texture, complete half bath, tile, foundation, siding, windows, garage door, gutters, pavers, stonework etc. Included a living room, bedroom, half bath, foyer and coat closet. 550 square feet added to the front. Yeah, that’s me on the Bobcat.
